Sonoma County · Est. 2026
A handpicked roster built on development over volume. We practice 2 to 3 days a week and stay local. The work between games is where players are made, and we do that work close to home.

The Program
90% of our time is in our home gyms. One trip to a neighboring county each month, and occasional scrimmages against local teams. Cohesion and chemistry are built in the gym together, rep after rep, not scattered across a season of constant games.
Skill work, basketball IQ, and conditioning compounded weekly. A small, handpicked roster means every player gets real coaching and real reps, every practice.
The summer schedule is flexible, and it's okay to miss some practices. If your son is on this team, we want him here, and we'll work with your family around vacations, the Little League All-Star season, and everything else summer brings.
How We Operate
We coach the way you respond to a bad call as hard as we coach the pick-and-roll. Character, accountability, and respect are not negotiable. The jersey is earned every practice.
We choose for fit: work ethic, coachability, and family alignment before talent. Talent without those is short term.
These boys practice, compete, win, and lose together. The friendships are the most durable part of the experience.
We expect engaged, supportive, respectful parents, and we give the same back. Youth basketball is a family commitment, and we treat it like one.
Coaches
Trust compounds. A coach who has watched your son develop for years sees things a first-year coach misses entirely.
